Solutions

We sell decisions, not modules.

A product list tells you what software does. It does not tell you what changes on Monday. Whatever your industry calls them, every engagement we run is aimed at one of four outcomes — and each one names the measure it is judged on.

Decide

Put money where it returns

Investment choices — which molecule to develop, which line to commission, which programme to fund, which deal to chase — are usually made with good instincts and bad evidence. We give the choice a rubric, the data to score against it, and a signed record of who decided what.

Judged on: decision cycle time, and spend avoided on options that should not have been funded.

Deliver

See the slip before it lands

Delivery data is almost always backward-looking: what was produced, what was billed, what was missed. We turn the same data forward — capacity against committed load, effort against plan, vendor reliability against promise — so a problem arrives as a warning rather than an apology.

Judged on: on-time performance, and how many days of warning you get before a slip.

Earn

Protect the margin you sold

Margin is lost in small places — a quote priced without current costs, a change absorbed to keep a client happy, an invoice raised late. Putting quote, delivery, billing and collection on one chain makes each of those visible while it is still reversible.

Judged on: gross margin, invoice cycle time and days sales outstanding.

Prove

Be ready for the inspection

In pharma, and any business audited by its customers, being right is not enough — you have to be able to show it. Evidence produced as work happens costs almost nothing. Evidence assembled for an inspection costs weeks.

Judged on: audit-pack preparation time, and how many findings relate to documentation rather than practice.

Where each outcome lands

The same four ideas, in five vocabularies.

Solutions are not separate from industries — they are the outcome you are buying, expressed in your industry's own words. Follow the row you belong to.

And the systems that deliver them

Outcomes are the point. Products are how we reach them.

Every outcome above is delivered by one of three built systems — ProjectX, PharmX or EduX — configured to your industry. If you would rather start from the tool than the outcome, the products page is the other door into the same place.
