sgramx.com is operated by SGRAM Group, Pune, Maharashtra, India. We are the data fiduciary under India's DPDP Act 2023 and data controller under the GDPR for personal data collected here. Each platform site (DhanvantariX, NirmitiX, Sankalp to Siddhi, SGRAM Foundation) has its own policy.
What we collect and why
Name, organisation, work email, mobile number and your message when you contact us; your email when you ask to be notified about a platform launch. We use these only to respond, to send the notification you asked for, and to route enquiries to the right team. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to connect@sgramx.com through a form-relay service and stored in our mailbox and CRM, shared only with processors acting on our instructions.
Your rights
Request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by writing to connect@sgramx.com. Enquiry data is kept while we are in contact and up to 24 months after.
