An AI company for industries where being wrong is expensive.
We build for plants, laboratories, delivery organisations and education networks — places where a decision has consequences, an audit is likely, and nobody has patience for a two-year transformation programme.
AI is only interesting at the moment it changes a decision. Everything before that is infrastructure, and everything after it is reporting.
Enterprises are not short of software. They are short of agreement — on what the number is, on who decides, on what happens when the plan and reality disagree. That gap is where money leaks and audits find things.
So we build systems that close it: connected to the data you already produce, opinionated about the decision, and rigorous about the evidence. The AI matters, but it is in service of a governance question — what should we do next, and can we show why.
We are based in Pune and work with organisations across India and the Gulf, from MSMEs running a single plant to education networks spanning hundreds of institutes.
Five commitments we would rather be held to than described by.
We baseline before we build
Three metrics, measured with your data, agreed by both sides. Without a starting number, the ending number means nothing.
One process first
Live in six to eight weeks with real users, not a sandbox pilot. You should be able to stop after the first cut and still be ahead.
We read your systems, we do not replace them
The ERP, LIMS, MES or HR system stays. We add the layer that was never in scope for any of them.
Evidence is a deliverable
Audit trails, signature manifests and qualification scripts ship with the system rather than being assembled when an inspector arrives.
We say no when it is not a fit
If the decision you want to fix is not one we have built for, telling you in the first call costs us a deal and saves you a quarter. We would rather have the reputation.
Ninety days to a number you can defend.
This is a real sequence, so we number it. Each stage has an exit you control — including the one where you walk away.
Working session
Forty minutes on your process, not our features. We leave with the decision you are getting late and the cost of getting it late.
Baseline
We measure where you are today on three metrics you already care about. Nothing gets built until both sides agree on the starting number.
First cut, in production
One process, live, with your data and your users — not a pilot in a sandbox. You see value or you stop here.
Prove and extend
Re-measure the same three metrics, publish the delta, and decide together what the next process is worth doing.
Three systems, three very different worlds.
Each began as one organisation's problem and became a platform because the problem turned out to be common. That is the only way we know to build software that survives contact with a real plant or a real institute network.

If you have read this far, the useful next step is either four questions or forty minutes.
